We both worked within the Population Health Management industry.

On New Year's Eve, Warner surprised me and drove us to Chicago. He said we'd dinner plans, although not until 9 pm so I was kind of frustrated. He had explained to dress up. I have never been an enormous fan of NYE parties that you simply pay for and also have to stand in line to have an hour for just one drink, so I was skeptical. But, eventually, we turned up to our final destination. The Odyssey Yacht in Navy Pier! We had an expensive dinner around the Yacht after which our song began to play. The event was more "jazz type". We danced so that as we went back to the table, a different one of our songs played! I got so excited and turned around and that he was on a single knee and inquired about being his wife!

Location, location, location! How have you chosen your venue? What type of venue had you been looking for?

We wanted our ceremony and reception in downtown Indy. Warner comes from Nebraska and all sorts of his family and friends are from Iowa, Nebraska, and Florida (where he lived for 6 years). So, we wanted these phones to experience downtown. We also wanted a real church-like feel for that ceremony along with a classy atmosphere for that reception. We find the Scottish Rite Cathedral. Who designed your beautiful gown? Where have you got it?

My gown, which I am in love with, was from FeelTimes. And it was using their private collection.

Describe the marriage. The look, theme, style, colors, etc.

I would describe our wedding as winter romantic having a hint of rustic-ness in the reception. I knew I wanted a dusty blue type gray and also to incorporate some pine cones and straightforward ivory flowers. I also wanted pearls incorporated within our decor to experience the pearls around the back of my dress.

Tell us about your bridesmaid's dresses!

I loved them! The dusty rose bridesmaid dresses were perfect and fit all my nine girls beautifully. They were classy and romantic.

Any most important items, must-dos, or can't accept outs? Anything you'd do differently?

There was no way Warner was seeing me before I walked on the aisle. I know the "first-look" thing is very large right now, but we're very traditional. That was this kind of amazing feeling, seeing his face as I walked on the aisle.

Favorite memory in the day! Walking on the aisle with my father and seeing Warner's face...and tears!

Also, I didn't want a lot of flowers, just plenty of candlelight. I wouldn't do anything whatsoever differently until I could have added additional time! It was this kind of amazing night and day that went by way too quickly.
