Starting the Investigation
To unlock the "Turning the Page" investigation, head to the Sainte-Anne docks. Look for two pirates near the dock and Scurlock's quarters who can be bribed for information. They will point you towards The Low Tide Tavern in Sainte-Anne, marked by a purple rumor icon on your map.

Upon entering the tavern, locate a leaflet resembling a wanted poster by the bar. This leaflet will update your investigation journal with an image of Jacques Sorrel, the writer you’re seeking. The clue suggests that Sorrel is currently residing in Sainte-Amelie, a settlement off the coast of Ile Royale.

Traveling to Ile Royale
Sainte-Amelie is located southwest of Sainte-Anne, within the Ile Royale region. To proceed, you must sail to Sainte-Amelie and plunder it to uncover the next clue. Be prepared, as this will involve engaging in combat and navigating through enemy defenses.

Steps to Plunder Sainte-Amelie:

Approach the Settlement: As you approach Sainte-Amelie, choose the Plunder option instead of the Interact option. This will trigger a series of defensive actions from the settlement.

Destroy Defensive Towers: Your first objective is to take down two defensive towers. The left tower is relatively easy to destroy with high-powered fire-based weapons like Fire Bombard I. Aim at the top of the tower to take it down quickly. The right tower is more challenging; maintain a safe distance and use ranged attacks to avoid heavy damage while destroying it.

Fight Off Waves of Enemies: After destroying the towers, you will face several waves of high-level enemy ships. The first wave consists of Skull and Bones Items for sale smaller, more aggressive ships that can cause significant damage upon impact. Eliminate these smaller ships first to reduce the immediate threat. Following this, take down the larger enemy ships. Be prepared for five waves in total, as the battle intensifies with each wave.
