Composition structure:
1: oil circulation system:
Before starting, start the oil pump control system first. After starting the oil pump control system, ensure that all lubricating parts of the air compressor are well lubricated. At the same time, the oil pump control system can adjust the internal oil pressure and oil temperature through the built-in temperature control valve to meet the needs of the system.
2:Gas circuit circulation system:
When the compressor works, the air is sucked in through the self-cleaning air filter and the filter is automatically cleaned by PLC. The air enters the primary compression after being automatically adjusted by the inlet guide vane. The gas temperature after the primary compression is high, and then enters the intercooler for cooling (the water flow in the water pipe, outside the gas pipe, and the water flow of the intercooler is required to be 110m / h), and then enters the secondary compression system, In order to prevent the gas in the system from pouring into the compression chamber (avoid starting under pressure), a suspended full open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve into the exhaust muffler, then into the primary aftercooler, secondary aftercooler and then into the main exhaust pipe.
3:Waterway circulation system:
The cooling water enters the intercooler of the air compressor through the pipe to cool the gas discharged from the primary compression, and then enters the aftercooler to cool the exhaust. The other cooling water inlet pipe cools the motor winding through two groups of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor, and the other way cools the oil cooler.
4istribution system:
The air compressor is a 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV), which adopts full voltage startup. The control cabinet is an indoor AC and metal armored withdrawable switchgear. The switchgear is composed of fixed cabinet and withdrawable parts, i.e. handcart, to achieve the purpose of control, protection and monitoring, and has the function of "five prevention".

6C power supply system:

7TC control system:
The DTC control panel is the "brain" of the air compressor. The values of various field sensors are finally summarized to the DTC control panel, which displays various operating parameters and monitors the operating status of various parts of the air compressor. When some parameters exceed the allowable range, DTC will send corresponding alarm or automatically shut down the air compressor.
Characteristics of air compressor:
The compressor is directly driven by the motor to make the crankshaft rotate and drive the connecting rod to make the piston move back and forth, resulting in the change of cylinder volume. Due to the change of pressure in the cylinder, The air enters the cylinder through the air filter (muffler) through the inlet valve. During the compression stroke, due to the reduction of the cylinder volume, the compressed air passes through the exhaust valve and passes through the exhaust pipe and check valve (check valve) enters the air storage tank. When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7MPa, it will stop automatically under the control of the pressure switch. When the pressure of the air storage tank drops to 0.5-0.6mpa, the pressure switch will be automatically connected and started.
The air compressor is the core equipment of the pneumatic system and the main body of the electromechanical air source device. It is a device that converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover (usually motor or diesel engine) into gas pressure energy. It is the air pressure generator of compressed air.
Install the muffler:
The main noise sources are inlet and exhaust ports, and appropriate inlet and exhaust silencers shall be selected. The frequency spectrum of air compressor intake noise is low-frequency. The intake muffler shall be resistant structure or impedance composite structure dominated by individual and resistance. The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is large and the air flow speed is high. A small hole muffler should be used at the exhaust port of the air compressor [2].
Set silencing tunnel:
An underground or semi underground tunnel in which the walls are made of bricks with good sound absorption. Connect the air inlet pipe of the air compressor with the silencing tunnel to make the air enter the air compressor through the silencing tunnel. The use of silencing tunnel can greatly reduce the intake noise of air compressor, and the service life is longer than that of general muffler [2].
Establish acoustic enclosure:
After installing silencers or silencing tunnels at the air inlet and exhaust ports of the air compressor, the air flow noise can be reduced below 80dB (a), but the mechanical noise and motor noise of the air compressor are still very high. Therefore, the sound insulation cover shall also be installed on the unit of the air compressor. 4. Suspended space sound absorber: in Foshan Lingge air compressor station, the tall and open workshop has a heavy reverberation. If the sound absorber is dispersed and hung on the roof of the plant, the noise of the plant can be reduced by 3-10db (a) and the reverberation time can be reduced by 5-10S .
Cleaning and heat dissipation of air compressor:
When the air compressor runs for about 2000h, in order to remove the dust on the heat dissipation surface, open the cooler purging hole cover on the fan support and purge the cooler with a dust blowing air gun until the dust on the heat dissipation surface is purged. If the dirt on the cooling surface is serious and it is difficult to purge, remove the cooler, pour out the oil in the cooler, and seal the four inlets and outlets to prevent dirt from entering, then blow off the dust on both sides with compressed air or rinse with water, and finally dry the water stains on the surface and then replace it.
