United Airlines JFK Terminal is a reliable hub for travel with a modern layout and quick check-in. Security lines can be rather long during peak times, even though the terminal offers a decent assortment of retail and dining establishments. There are seating sections, albeit they can get busy. Although there is need for improvement in terms of crowd control and signage, the terminal is generally comfortable and well-organized.
