MyChartPLUS is an online tool. This is a secure way to view parts of your Hartford Healthcare ("Hartford Healthcare my chart") electronic medical record. 

How to aceccc MyChartplus Portal ?

You need access to an Internet-connected computer and an updated browser (such as Internet Explorer). You can also use the MyChart app which can be found and downloaded from your smartphone's app store. You can also sign up without an activation code using the Sign Up page. To access this page, select the Sign Up Now button mychartplus login hartford healthcare and choose the Sign Up Online option. 

If the information entered does not match the account will not be created and you will need to request an activation code. Activation codes can be provided by your provider's office or by contacting customer support by telephone or email 

Please keep in mind that some results are released on MyChartPLUS at the same time as they are available to your provider, and the provider may not have had the opportunity to review them yet. Please allow a few days for them to contact you via MyChartPLUS message, office visit, or phone call. Tests performed during a hospital stay, emergency department visit, or certain other special situations may result in the person ordering the test not being able to be contacted.
