When Tver State Medical University was established in 1936, a library was also formed in the same year. The library contains Russian books as well as foreign books. Tver State Medical University also has one more library which consists of books written by prominent Indian as well as foreign writers. The university owns a total of four hostels where Russian as well as international students can be easily accommodated. The hostel rooms the university provides are flat-type, and the hostel buildings are centrally air-conditioned during summers. Shared rooms and private rooms are the two types of accommodation available for students. The shared rooms are generally shared between 2 to 3 students.
