We met at the office and that same night we noticed each other in a coffee shop that is where our work was through an event! We had a lot in common and I loved his spontaneity. He is probably the most gracious and loving person I’ve ever met and I knew instantly he was the main one!
We took a vacation to Encinitas to go to one of our favorite beaches. Near the beach is a Yellow Volkswagen Camper Bus before a pink home that I love taking snapshots of each time we are within the area. I love Volkswagen Buses, whenever I spot one I snap a photograph! Daniel stood before the bus for a photograph and as I was taking his photo he got recorded on one knee and inquired about marrying him. My friends were behind the bushes the whole time and caught the whole proposal on video and took our photos! He had an open-air picnic basket and bouquet all set to go for us to celebrate around the beach immediately after.
We both selected having a wedding in several colors. Daniel decided on a blue suit that went well using the terracotta color scheme!
Research different styles of dresses and also have an open mind. I had my thoughts set on the specific dress style and went directly into David’s Bridal hesitant to try other things. I remarked that a specific style wasn’t what I expected. The David’s Bridal Associate recommended another style and I fell deeply in love with it!
I love the off-the-shoulder sleeves and also the hidden skirt slit. The ball gown wedding dress managed to get so easy just to walk in for the whole night. I felt so confident in my very own skin! I was overcome with joy and excitement and merely knew the gown was the main one.
When I appreciate every day our big day, I am reminded of all of the beauty and goodness that happened. The day started with some light rain in the morning but was solved hours before our ceremony began. Daniel and I prayed before walking down the aisle together and also at that moment there is a beautiful rainbow in the sky. Our closest family and friends were attending and watching once we exchanged rings, vows, and our first kiss like a married couple. I loved all of our weddings and am so thankful for the people who loved, supported, and helped us on our big day.
