What is the Credit Limit Under the Kisan Credit Card Scheme?

 

The maximum allowable limit or total loan limit under KCC is the sum of the short-term loan limit availed and the estimated long-term loan requirement for the 5th year.

 

The total limit under KCC is Rs 3 lakh per annum and the maximum limit is Rs 2 lakh for each farmer engaged in animal husbandry activities and/or fisheries activities.

 

Marginal farmers can be provided with a flexible limit of Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000 (as Flexi KCC).
