Transformer oil purifier is a kind of equipment that filters solid impurities and moisture in transformer oil (insulating oil), improves oil quality performance and improves the insulation strength of transformer oil. As a special equipment used in power plants, power stations, power companies and other enterprises to purify and treat unqualified insulating oil, it can also perform vacuum pumping and vacuum drying for insulating power equipment.

When the oil filter is working, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of the internal and external pressure difference, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out. After the oil is heated by multi-stage infrared rays, it enters the special personalized vacuum separator. In the vacuum separator, the mist is formed first, and then the film is formed, so that the contact area in the vacuum is enlarged hundreds of times of the original. The moisture in the oil is rapidly vaporized and discharged by the vacuum system under the conditions of high heat, high vacuum, large surface and high pumping speed.

The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then enters the cooler to be cooled again. The condensed water enters the water storage tank and is discharged. After two condensations and dehumidification, the gas is finally discharged into the air by the vacuum pump.
