DPS for Arcane Mages with the best in-slot gear in Phase 1

An Arcane Mage can be outfitted in a variety of ways, all of which are dependent on the equipment you have available as well as your personal preferences and needs. It is possible to make adjustments while still dealing some of the most devastating damage possible thanks to all of the powerful Rings, Trinkets, Necks, and even a few armor items thrown in for good measure.

One possible Phase 1 Arcane Mage setup is shown below; however, World Boss items are not included because they are extremely difficult to come by:

DPS for Arcane Mage DPS in Phase 1 will be decided by Aldor versus Scryer

As for Mages, the choice between Aldor and Scryer is not particularly significant. Remember to keep the enchants, Greater Inscription of Discipline and Greater Inscription of the Orb, in mind as you play through the game! Because they are so similar, the choice isn't particularly significant - we're talking about a 0. x% advantage for Aldor in this instance.

Scryer, on the other hand, provides superior items, the most notable of which is Scryer's Bloodgem, a Hit trinket with extremely high damage. The hit requirement for Arcane is lower, so this is more of a personal preference; however, if you are serious about maxing out your stats, Aldor is the best choice in the long run. -

Blessings of Justice in Phase 1 of the Arcane Mage DPS
If you're an Arcane Mage, you'll find that spending your Badge of Justice is fairly straightforward. Really, you only need two things: the Icon of the Silver Crescent and the Talisman of Kalecgos, which are both available online.

Because it provides a significant damage boost that can be combined with your cooldowns and there are some decent off-hands available before Talisman of Kalecgos, getting the Trinket first is usually the better choice.

1.  armor for DPS for Arcane Mage is provided.

As a result of its insane stats, Head Tailoring continues to reign supreme for the head slot in Phase 1 and the first set of TBC gold.
The purchase of this helm is highly recommended if your goal is to maximize your damage.

Even if you do not have Tailoring, there are other excellent options, such as the Tier 4 set Aldor Regalia's Collar of the Aldor, which provides a significant amount of Intellect.

2. Shoulders are the second part of the body to be emphasized.

Pre-raid to Phase 1 raids don't show much of a difference in shoulder strength. One of the set items, Pauldrons of the Aldor, receives a significant upgrade in comparison to the previous version. Kara's items aren't particularly noteworthy, aside from that.

Also, the decision between Aldor and Scryer has an impact on this situation. For Mages as a whole, the Aldor's Greater Inscription of Discipline is superior, but the difference is marginal.

3. Return to the previous page

Cloak slot changes will be significant with the introduction of raids. Four new cloak types are added by the first set of raids, one of which is noticeably better than the pre-raid BiS, and the others aren't all that bad either. For the time being, the best options are Ruby Drape of the Mysticant, which provides a very strong mix of spell power and hit, and Brute Cloak of the Ogre-Magi, which provides a bit more spell power and crit, making it an excellent choice if you're hit-capped. If you're not hit-capped, the best option is Ruby Drape of the Mysticant.

4. In this category, the incredible Wrath of Spellfire set keeps Chest Tailoring on top.

Designed specifically for this slot, the Spellfire Robe grants an enormous boost to Fire and Arcane spell damage while also providing a significant amount of critical strike damage and two sockets. Overall, this is a fantastic product that is far superior to anything else available on the market today. Although this is the case, the chest options in Phase 1 are extremely limited, and the majority of your pre-raid bis will fare better here.

5. the wrist is yet another slot in which raids are of limited assistance.

For Hit, the best option is the Crimson Bracers of Gloom, while for Intellect, the best option is the General's Silk Cuffs. Bracers of Havok, on the other hand, are a simple item to obtain if you are not interested in PvP.

6. Hands

In addition to the previously mentioned Wrath of Spellfire set, the Spellfire Gloves are a must-have for Mages. The massive amount of spell power combined with critical strike and two sockets makes these gloves unbeatable for hands anytime soon.
