Scheduled for June 6 on PC, Xbox series but also PS4 and PS5, Diablo IV begins to give more details on its gameplay but also on its different systems and it is now about the life of its Battle Pass that we have more details.

A huge Battle Pass and long seasons for Diablo IV?

It is in an interview with PCGAMER that Joe Piepiora, director on Diablo 4 gives more information on what the Battle Pass of the game represents but also on its lifespan as well as the different seasons.

First of all, it is important to note that Diablo 4 will be divided into four distinct seasons, during which you will have to start a character from scratch, character which will, at the end of the season, be reclassified in an open league.

These four seasons do not come alone since each of them will host its own Battle Pass. Four seasons, four Battle Passes, but how long to finish just one?

Joe makes it clear, it will take you around 80 hours, depending on how you play of course, to complete a Battle Pass. A total of 320 hours over the year which seems reasonable when you consider how great this kind of game is.

But does finishing the Battle Pass rhyme with reaching the late game? The producer responds!

How long to reach the maximum level and the endgame of Diablo IV?

In this interview, Joe Piepiora also gives some rather important information: his estimate of the playing time needed to reach the maximum level.

Indeed, for him, you should have completed the Battle pass before going to level 100. By extension, you will therefore need, on average, more than 80 hours per season to reach the maximum level and continue the grind for Diablo IV items in endgame.

While Diablo 4 is inspired by other major licenses to offer this kind of content, it remains to be seen how quickly fans of the game will be able to climb the different levels of these Battle Passes and whether the producer's estimate was accurate enough. !
