As per Insider Gaming, "this is still the case and over 100 journalists will have the chance to experience a behind-the-scenes presentation as well as having the chance to be hands-on playing the game. It's believed that the embargo to the event and hands-on impressions will be lifted on December 7.

Blizzard confirms that Diablo 4 is still getting Set Items, though you'll probably have to wait until after launch to be able to use them in the game.
