Steps to add EIN to an Existing Payroll Subscription:

Follow these steps given below to add EIN to payroll subscription in QuickBooks.

 

·      First of all, select Employees menu and go to Payroll tab.

·      Chose se My Existing Payroll Service from the menu bar on top.

·      Now select Add File in account maintenance window.

·         Now select Add to Subscription Number XXXXXXXXXX- (SUBSCRIPTION NAME) radio button.

·      Fill your details that contains a Zip code and choose I have an existing subscription if you do not see your own subscription in the list.

·      You will see a new window on screen as Add Company Information. Now click on Next and type your EIN number.

·      Noe take out a print by hitting the printer button or g back to QuickBooks Desktop.

·      Now in the Employees tab click on My payroll services, got to mange my services key and activate the service key. 

·      Now click on View button to check service key active status.

·      Check the service key of EIN you are adding.

·      Now again go to Employees and click on Payroll and then click Enter Payroll Service Key.

·      Now click on Add and type the services keys as single number.

·      In case company file already consist service key then click on Edit and do the same process.

·      Now click on Next button and Finish.

·      A new Tax Table is downloaded now.
